Joshua Cameron Niemeyer, Deer Park, born 1985, charged with trafficking in heroin, a felony, September 30, charging agency not listed, amended to felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, pled guilty and sentenced to one year, six months in prison, determinate, three years, six months indeterminate, credit for 19 days served, and $482.50 costs.

Devon Lee Diels, Moyie Springs, born 1998, charged with possession of marijuana June 14 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to two days in jail, $102.50 fine and $197.50 costs.

Dean R. McKinnon, Colville, born 1982, charged with unlawful possession of wildlife May 29, 2020, by Idaho Fish & Game, amended to unlawful taking from wildlife preserve, found guilty and fined $400 and $365 costs.

Samantha Jo Ramsey, Moyie Springs, born 1988, charged with excessive DUI January 15 by the Boundary Count y Sheriffs Office, amended to DUI, second offense, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 70 days suspended, 365 day drivers license suspension, $547.50 fine, $202.50 costs and 364 days supervised probation.

John C. Tice, Bonners Ferry, born 1962, charged with reckless driving February 7 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to inattentive driving, pled guilty and fined $142.50 and $157.50 costs.
