Adolph L.D. Dionne, Bonners Ferry, born 2000, charged with possession of marijuana February 19 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 45 days in jail, 40 days suspended, $102.50 fine, $222.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Derek A. Dotson, Bonners Ferry, born 1993, charged with hunting without hound hunter permit March 22 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and fined $26 and $168 costs. Charged with hunting small game without a license, pled guilty and fined $26 and $165 costs.

Kerry T. Hulse, Naples, born 1967, charged with DUI February 8, charging agency not listed, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, credit for one day served, 90 day drivers license suspension, $297.50 fine, $202.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Jacob R. Navarro, Bonners Ferry, born 1991, charged with driving without privileges December 20 by the Boundary Count y Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, $127.50 fine and $172.50 costs.

Ethan James Pinson, Post Falls, born 1998, charged with DUI June 15 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to DUI, second offense, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 170 days suspended, credit for five days served, 365 day drivers license suspension, $547.50 fine, $227.50 costs and 364 days supervised probation.
