Robert E. Escarcega, Bonners Ferry, born 1971, charged with driving without privileges December 8 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $127.50 fine, $174.50 costs and 364 days probation. charged with driving without privileges December 15 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $127.50 fine, $172.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Mikaela G. Holub, Sandpoint, born 2003, charged with DUI December 20 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to inattentive driving, pled guilty and fined $142.50 and $157.50 costs.

Michaela P. Koehler, Naples, born 1996, charged with possession of marijuana January 28 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $102.50 fine, $197.50 costs and 364 days probation, judgment withheld.
