Bougie, Moyie Springs, born 1992, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance December 24, 2019 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to one year in prison, determinate, one year indeterminate, credit for 205 days served, prison suspended, $482.50 costs and two years felony probation. Charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, pled guilty and sentenced to 205 days in jail with credit for 205 days served.

Alexandria M. Jones, Eagle, state not given, born 1995, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance August 4, charging agency not given, pled guilty and sentenced to a $300 fine, $542.50 costs and two years felony probation.

Judge Justin Julian

Michael Wesley Strong, Deer Park, state not given, born 1977, charged with DUI, second offense, July 6 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 80 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $5478.50 fine, $202.50 costs and 364 days probation.
