Montana woman, five children found safe

UPDATE: 9:29 a.m.: The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed Britni and her children have been found safe.

Britni Green left her home at 4:30 to with plans to go to Sylvan Lake near Happys Inn on Highway 2. She was supposed to drive out there for a bit come back to town and go to McDonalds. She left one of the dogs at home in his kennel.

She has five kids with her. Her three children and her two “adoptive” children; Illyah, Tailynn,Roman, Haily and Arianna. She is driving a green 2006 Jeep Liberty. Search and rescue were unable to locate her, and it is now believed she may have headed toward Libby or the Boundary Mountain area.

“If you have heard or seen her and the kiddos please call,” her family asks. “It’s very cold out and we are extremely worried and just want them to make it home safely!”

As of 8 a.m., they had not been located.
