Jesse Matthew Garcia, Bonners Ferry, born 1978, charged with misdemeanor domestic battery in the presence of a child June 8, 2015, by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to domestic violence inflicting traumatic injury, a felony, pled guilty and sentenced to one year in prison, determinate, one year indeterminate, credit for 717 days served, $500 fine and $575.50 costs. Charged with sexual abuse of a minor under 16, a felony, November 2, 2018, charging agency not listed, amended to attempted injury to a child, also a felony, pled guilty and sentenced to 13 days in jail, three years in prison determinate, two years indeterminate, credit for 532 days served, penitentiary suspended, $2,245.50 costs and two years probation. Charged with sexual abuse of a minor under 16, a felony, amended to sexual battery, a misdemeanor, pled guilty and sentenced to 365 days in jail with credit for 365 days served, $300 fine and $157.50 costs.

Michael Buck, hometown not listed, born 1976, charged with violating conditions of a special trip permit September 16 at the port of entry, guilty and fined $68.50 and $157.50 costs.

Jamyson R. Hull, Moyie Springs, born 1979, charged with unlawful taking of gae August 31, by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and fined $200 and $1,665 costs.

Kuldip Kumar, Bonners Ferry, born 1971, charged with misdemeanor battery March 6 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to disturbing the peace, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, $142.50 fine, $157.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Alexander K. Pinkson, Bonners Ferry, born 1995, charged with driving without privileges July 30 by the Bo9undary County Sheriff’s Office, amended to no current license, pled guilty and fined $150 and $157.50 costs.

Andrew Sandelin-Macintosh, Bonners Ferry, born 2004, charged with inattentive driving September 12 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $142.50 fine, $157.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Melanie Lynn Taylor, Sandpoint, born 1983, charged with possession of marijuana September 1 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $102.50 fine, $197.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Nancy Marie Wagner, Naples, born 1957, charged with DUI, second offense, July 21 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, 50 days suspended, 365 day drivers license suspension, $547.50 fine, $202.50 costs and 364 days supervised probation.
