Jeremy Daniel Chipman, Bonners Ferry, born 1989, charged with DUI, second offense, August 22 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 143 days suspended, credit for 37 days served, 365 day drivers license suspension, $547.50 fine, $227.50 costs and 365 days supervised probation. Charged with injury to a child, pled guilty and sentenced to 37 days in jail with credit for 37 days served.

Patrick J. Leigh, Hope, born 1963, charged with resisting or obstructing officers July 9 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to disturbing the peace, pled guilty and sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served, $142.50 fine and $157.50 costs.

Daniel Owen Ralph, Bonners Ferry, born 1986, charged with passing on the left, an infraction, by the Idaho State Police September 4, amended to careless driving, a misdemeanor, pled guilty and fined $200.

Kahaila L. Smith, Bonners Ferry, born 1993, charged with petit theft July 17 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $142.50 fine, #157.50 costs and 364 days probation.
