Tori Cayala Burnham, Sandpoint, born 1992, charged with two counts delivery of a controlled substance August 20, charging agency not given, amended to two counts felony possession of a controlled substance, pled guilty and sentenced to two years in prison, determinate, two years indeterminate, credit for 30 days served, prison suspended, $545.50 costs and three years felony probation.

Anthony J. Cooper III, Bonners Ferry, born 2002, charged with DUI under age 21 July 7 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to a one year drivers license suspension, $97.50 fine and $202.50 costs.

Cade W. Jelinek, Bonners Ferry, born 2004, charged with inattentive driving July 23 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, $142.50 fine, $157.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Benjamin J. Kamphoff, Mead, state not given, born 1981, charged with driving without privileges April 29 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to restricted license violation, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, $42.50 fine, $157.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Kristin Marie McCollim, Post Falls, born 1992, charged with grand theft, a felony, August 31 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to operating a vehicle without owner’s consent, a misdemeanor, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 78 days suspended with credit for 12 days served, $142.50 fine, $157.50 costs and 364 days probation. Charged with DUI, amended to careless driving, pled guilty and fined $142.50 and $157.50 costs.

Kerrie M. Miller, Bonners Ferry, born 1956, charged with DUI March 9 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $297.50 fine, $202.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Robin G. Moore, Ponderay, born 1966, charged with DUI February 23 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, 58 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $297.50 fine, $202.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Tyler J. Morris, Naples, born 1994, charged May 15 with driving without privileges by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, $327.50 fine and $172.50 costs.

Doreen Oxford, Bonners Ferry, born 1965, charged with fishing without a license August 22 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and fined $26 and $165 costs.

Jasmine A. Chapman, Bonners Ferry, born 2000, charged with open container April 14 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and fined $12.50 and $190.50 costs.

Julie Janet-Kiarie Edwards, Bonners Ferry, born 2000, charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $102.50 fine, $197.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Kody W. Jones, Moyie Springs, born 1989, charged with reckless driving August 23 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days, suspended, $142.50 fine, $157.50 fine and 364 days probation.

Jeremy D. Key, Bonners Ferry, born 1980, charged with excessive DUI July 30 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to a 90 day drivers license suspension, $297.50 fine, $207.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Makayla P. Mierke, Bonners Ferry, born 2003, charged with open container August 21 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and fined $12.50 and $187.50 costs.
